She works with AOL Product Development, Product Design, Quality Assurance, AOL Beta, Marketing, and AOL Help to create, talk about, launch, and support the AOL software! She also responds to as much member feedback and questions as she can via email, IM, and, of course, the blog itself. Walking the hallways of AOL since 2003, her previous assignments include work on the AOL 9.0 Optimized toolbar, AOL's voice services products, and other software releases such as 9.0 VR and the first AOL Mail and AIM Gadget.

4. Hi Elliot,
That's weird -- tabbing from the "to" address area to the subject and message body is working fine for me. After you type the name in then press tab, where are you taken instead?
Thanks,
Laura

5. In December, you said:
"9. Sirjay, you probably uninstalled an older version of AOL 9.0 or 9.1 before installing AOL Desktop -- this may be why you can't import your filing cabinet right now. In order to migrate your AOL filing cabinet to AOL Desktop, you may need to reinstall AOL 9.1. Let us know if that works!
In a future release, we'll fix that problem so that even if you uninstall AOL 9.0 or 9.1, you can still access your filing cabinet in AOL Desktop.

I still cannot import my AOL 9.0 Filing Cabinet into Desktop 10.0. Unfortunately, the installer crashes when I attempt to install AOL 9.1, so my Filing Cabinet is stuck in limbo. Is there a way to un-gray the Import Filing Cabinet function? My cabinet has been saved to my Windows desktop. Thanks.
